Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • We ship to most of the countries except for the UK, and EU countries. To check if we ship to your country, please enter your address at checkout. For UK and EU customers, please contact us via email at hello@floralneverland.com for shipping options. 
  • Orders will be shipped within three full business days (orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday).
  • Standard delivery time typically is between 2-7 business days (Canada except for some parts of Quebec, Maritime Provinces, remote or isolated communities), 5-9 business days (US except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas), and 7-30 business days (international). If you want express shipping please choose the express shipping options.
  • Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post from Vancouver BC. US order are shipped via USPS. And international orders are shipped via Asendia or Canada Post. 
  • To ensure your package arrives at the correct address, please be sure to check that the shipping address you provide is accurate, up to date and if different from your billing address please be sure to specify when placing your order.

Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns:

  • Because we are a small (tiny) business, we can only offer a 10 day return policy. If 10 days have passed since you have received your purchase, we will not be able to offer you any refunds or exchanges.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Thank you for your understanding.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items:

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  So, please ensure you've ordered the right size case for your phone!
